CLP Filters were asked to attend site by the FM company on site to conduct a full site survey of the Air Handling Units and to check the levels of filtration within the system.

CLP spent a full day checking the condition and advising the site engineer on the correct installation method and the levels of filtration required. A full comprehensive report was submitted to the client and they made the decision to purchase all filters from CLP based on the quality of that information.

Electronic Testing Facility

We were instructed to attend one of our customers new sites that they had inherited in Cambridge. The site had 21 Air Handling Units in excess of 25 years old. The previous FM company had neglected the servicing of these Air Handling Units for several years and CLP were asked to conduct a conditioning report on all filters within the AHU’s.

Our engineers attended site over 2 days and checked all the filters. This information was then transferred onto individual reports with recommendations for future changing periods. All filters are now on our filter management program and are delivered in boxes identified with the appropriate reference on an agreed date to suit the site engineer.

Brickwork Manufacturing Company

CLP attended a site in West Yorkshire following a recent visit by the local authority who had concerns with regards to the excess smell of Styrene coming from the GRP spraying area. With the assistance of a consultant, CLP Filters were happy to propose to supply and install a fume extraction system which consisted of G4 panel filters and Site Safe Carbon filters. Once approved by the client the system took 10 working days to manufacture and a further 5 working days to construct on site. Once tested by an independent LEV consultant, the local authority were asked to re-attend to sign off the project.
