Kitchen Deep Cleaning

CLP Filters provide a full comprehensive kitchen deep clean. Starting from the top, we work our way down ensuring all areas are fully cleaned. CLP Filters will move, open and clean everything including canopies, vents, ducts, baffle and grease filters to ensure all areas are covered. A photographic report and hygiene certificate are issued upon completion.

Intervals between regular specialist cleans depends on usage. There are minimum recommended intervals according to HVCA’s T19 best practice guidelines.

  1. Grease extract systems MUST be regularly inspected and cleaned to remove any fire hazards.
  2. Health & Safety Executive, BSRIA and FOA insurance ALL stipulate that kitchen extract systems should be kept clean to minimise fire risks.

The below table provides clearer guidelines to assist in the assessing of the cleaning requirements, particularly where cooking methods produce high volumes of airborne grease contaminants.
